Default Steering wheel turned when attempting to remove tie rod end.

When uninstalling my draglink i accidently turned the steering wheel via the pitman arm ( Now i know i should have started there ) Its off center by about 1/4 to the left, will i need to adjust/replace my clockspring?

Thanks for the help.
