I have a 01 Xj, and tie rods are ball joints starting to go out. Did all the searching I could but my parameters seem to be very rare. I'm completely stock but plan on going with a 3in lift in a few months so I was looking at getting the ZJ tie rod and just getting another stock drag link (my threads are rusty). My question is, is there a complete kit that's a marginal upgrade for around $200 or should I just buy it all seperate? I was thinking quadretec drag link for $96 and rock auto moog ZJ tie rod for $89. Thanx in advance

You can do the v8 ZJ tie rod upgrade and keep the factory drag link. I have the ZJ tie rod and it is a lot more heavy duty.
