Steering stabizer caused Death Wobble with 2 inch lift... wtf

So i put a new 2 inch BB lift on my xj a few months ago, and it worked great till yesterday, i decided to install a after market steering stabilzer, and that is where it all went wrong. I got death wobble when i hit this big bump going about 40 mph, so i took off the after market and put the factory one back on. I still go DW.... Any thoughts?

when you did the steering stabilizer did you do anything else to the arms for the steering

Right, but the steering stabilizer was masking the issues until played with/removed.

lol, the rod the stabilzer is bolted on, is it suppose to rotate a little bit?
To answer your question i did not get alignment because i was being cheap and thought i didnt need one

you ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get an alignment after a lift. Ignorance is bliss. I say get it aligned an report back. My .02
