Check the track bar. Put your hand on the frame bracket and feel when someone turns the wheel. If it's that, you will feel movement when the sound occurs.

ive checked the track bar, toqued the nuts, there is a tiny tiny bit of play in the rod end and i got a double shear im waiting to replace it with..., but thats not where the noise is comming from, it really seems like its somewher in the steering shft but i dont see no loose, is it possible its the ujoints in the shaft?

I say just go over everything and check for play. A noise like that is most likely a loose joint. It does sound a lot like a track bar, so it might be the same type of problem but in another area.
