Default Steering issue?

So I made a post about this before, but now having driven it more I think I could provide a little more information on the matter. I have a 89XJ that when going over bumps or sometimes completely randomly, the steering pulls to one side or the other. If I steer slightly to the left the steering "pops" over to that side rather roughly, and it does the same thing turning right. I've replaced a lot of front end stuff, but here are the remaining things that could be replaced, I want to know if you think any of these could be causing this:

Track bar joint on the frame end is shot, sloppy as hell
Steering link arm bearing is moderately sloppy at pitman arm
Passenger side front wheel bearing is a little sloppy, not too bad
One of the UCA's is bent slightly

Keep in mind one thing, all of these problems were present before this issue came up. It started after I did a ~4.5" lift and put 33's on it. Semi-related: I checked the differential out and there's nothing wrong with it.

I would replace any ball joint related to the steering. Also check to see if the bolt on the track bar at the axle is TIGHT.

I just tried to add the above link to my signature for the cure to the death wobble.. this is my first post so I'm am also seeing if it works.

Track bar bolt on the axle is definitely tight. And the link you gave me concerned death wobble, which isn't the problem i'm having. If there's something I missed though let me know, I only briefly looked it over. Though the mention of toe in that thread made me wonder if that could be an issue? Like say if the were out too far they'd both be pulling in their direction and steering towards one side would make one straight then a little more would put it in line for steering that direction. I guess that was a poor explanation, i'm not sure how else to explain my idea though

I would replace any loose component related to the track bar and also check if the steering box is loose on the frame.. that also becomes a problem
and what do you mean by UCA?

So the pitman arm could cause the problem because my cherokee does the exact same thing and I replaced everything. I run 5.5" lift with stock pitman arm. What size arm do I need???

I have the same lift and tires with the same steering problem. I just replaced my drag and tie rods (Currie). Great set-up, didn't solve my "popping" or the bump steer. I'm looking to buy the RC track bar with the drop bracket and drop pit arm. I'll let you know if this helps.
