static on fm when brights are on

static on fm when brights are on
so when im listening to the radio if the lows are on it gets no static but as soon as I turn my highs on it gets really staticy any idea why?

no nothing else is affected and its a fairly expensive deck ive never head this problem with any other car could this be another problem stemming from my ground issue
