starting issues

i have a 1990 jeep cherokee with a 4.0 engine and it won't start.
Details: i have spark and fuel up to the rail it has enough spark to run off of gas pored down the intake. i am dumbfounded and can't figure it out it all happened a short time after my cigarette lighter went out in the jeep not sure if it has anything to do with it but there is no pulse at the injectors now. It used to stay running if i had the key in the start possition when the starter was running but as soon as you turn it to the on position one back from the start possition it would die. Any ideas i have heard about an auto shutdown relay but all my relays were good under the hood and it evens starts off of gas poored under the intake when all the relays are unplugged it's a 1990 jeep cherokee with an ax15 transmission
