Starter issues!!:help:
 

Alright guys forgive me im a little new here. have a few issues with my starter system stemming from a long line of issues over the past few months involving several replaced starters and relays. this past weekend i decided to replace the whole system. starter, relay and lines, battery. however the line from starter to fuse box couldn't be replaced though i did shorten it due to some damage. long story short with ll of that replaced it still will not fire up. the voltage is showing a 9 on my dash which obviously isn't enough to turn it and a portable jump starter at auto zone wouldn't turn it either. any suggestions on what to check/replace next? its my daily driver so its kind of important. thanks in advance for any help!!:help:

Have you cleaned ground connections by oil dip stick bolted to block yet ? And one rear of cylinder head ?

i hadnt considered it, thanks ill take a look when i get off work. what are they for?
