Starring issue
Whenever I go to start my jeep I have to crank it over 2-3 times before it actually starts up. Is this a fuel problem? What would I need to replace?

Try just putting the key to on the off a few times without cranking then crank on the third or fourth key tip this will prime the fuel system. If it starts right up after that it's likely the check valve in the fuel pump which need a complete replacement of the pump assembly in the tank.
