Default Squilling noise

I recently had a new water pump installed in my 01 XJ. Now, I having a squilling noise when I turn my defrosters or a/c on. I think my belt needs to be tightened, but not sure. Any suggestions what might be causing this?

The additional load on the alternator might cause the belt to squeal if it is worn or not tight enough.
