Squeaking noise?

I have a question for you guys i have about a loud squeaking noise. I turned the ignition and everything was fine until i shifted into reverse, then i heard a loud squeaking noise so i drove like 30 feet and put it into park and the noise went away, any idea on what it could have been?

Its a 4.0 automatic trans.

is the squeak only there under power ie when driving..and were does it sound like its coming from...

well i only heard the noise once and i was going like 5 mph. Could it have just been a belt issue, maybe it just slipped for a second or something?
