Squeak sounds like it's coming from flywheel area?

Squeak sounds like it's coming from flywheel area?
So last night while driving I started hearing a squeak coming from the engine. I couldn't get it to do it at idle, but this morning I started it up to listen and now it's squeaking.
It took a little while to get the squeak audible as it warmed up. But after listening I realized it was coming from underneath. I climbed under and listened, sounds like it's coming from between the engine and transmission.
Anybody ever hear this or seen it know what it could be? This is the 2.5L, but couldn't imagine that area would be much different from the 4.0.
