Default Spongy brakes.

over time my brakes have become spongy and there seems to be a lot of travel in the pedal. I have changed the rear wheel cylinders, calipers and master cylinder as well as flushed and bled the system with no improvement. Did a quick booster check and it seems fine, I am stumped?!?!

I have never opened a booster, can anyone tell me if it is solid through the booster to the master or is there something in the booster that can become soft?

This x100. Rear adjustment has a huge impact on pedal feel.

If you have a working parking brake and your auto adjusters are intact in the rear, use the parking break a ton. Every time you pull the parking brake the system self adjusts. Again that's provided your adjuster is working.

This^^. Self adjusters rarely work well.

Also, there may be a clearance issue between the booster and master. It can be adjusted.

I agree with the others on adjusting the rear brakes. Also, when you bled the brakes, did you bleed them in the proper order? You need to start with the rear passenger, rear drivers, front passenger then the front drivers.
