Got 91 Cherokee with inline 6 auto., u can be driving down the road and it will start spitting and sputtering for bout 5 seconds then stop then sometimes do it again or sometimes be a while before it does it.... when it starts this the rpms will bounce up bout 2500 then drop back down.. the transmission don't change gears so I dunno what it could be? Any ideas??
