Thoughts? Mine is singing me a sweet song of imminent failure so it is time to replace it. I know airtex is junk but i dont have money for a carter... so what about a spectra pump? Go!

 

Work some overtime and buy the Carter or Bosch.

 

$60 for a Carter fuel pump alone from rockauto, install it into your current fuel pump sender assembly.

 

Do not do a Spectra. Mine died within 2 days of install. I did a Bosch and i hasn't failed me.

 

I take "Stranded" for $200 Alex.

 

carter is 60.. how much is the spectra??

 

If you can't afford a good fuel pump you really need to park it till you can.

About the only ones that put those cheap ***** parts on are people who just want to turn a car fast, just make it run around the block a few times. Nothing they want to keep.
