I used a 10" sub (located in the rear pass. side pocket.) I the last thing i wanted, was to give up precious cargo space in the back. Also less likely to be stolen. Do a search on the forum here. "sub boxes". or "sub enclosures". Also there's a member that makes incredibly nice looking sub enclosures. Take a look, (sorry, can't think of his name "Tag" right now).........................JMO!

Does anyone have a write up or instructions on how to make an enclosure like that? I would love to try and build a custom box like that for my 12" kicker and give my trunk some room!

Just a quick question does any one know if a xj can handle a solox 18 or the power the amps would demand and what modifications might be needed cause that would be very nice I know a single ported box with 6.5 cubic feet will fit with room to spare and that would be about the same price as the other setups ( 5000 rms, 10000 max )

not in stock forum you will have to get a higher amp alt like 120amp and up grade all the grounds to 0 awg and power wires too add more grounds because cherokees don't ground good and add another battery
