Source for lower door moldings?

Since the bottom of my passenger front door is kind of rough due to rust and other doors have dings in that area I'm interested in installing door moldings that I've seen on some XJ's as in the following photo.

Can anyone recommend a supplier (aside from overpriced stealerships), or would this be a junkyard item? How do they attach, double-stick tape, other adhesive, clips?

They are glued on fully so removing one with out messing it up will be a pain.but why not fix the rust and dents insted of trying to cover it up?

I've sealed up the rust with POR-15 and will be spraying Fluid Film inside the door to help retard further rusting. I can do most mechanical work but not body and paint. It's possible the dings might be candidates for "paintless dent removal." It really doesn't look all that bad but I've seen XJs with the moldings and was thinking it might be a quick way to improve appearance without all that tedious bodywork.
