Sorry for another lift post but...

I'm relatively new to jeeps and im going to be putting a 3in lift on my 2000 xj. Do i really need lower control arms, adjustable trac bar and sway-bar drop brackets? or anything else for that matter aside from just a basic lift kit?

dont think so, no... any bigger lifts you might, yeah

You might want to think about getting some longer brake lines, and you're gonna want to relocate your track bar.

i got the rough country 3 inch and I just had to install the lift and sway bar extension I believe. There were no brake line extensions or an adjustable track bar. Also no t-case drop kit. It rides just as smooth as it did before so you shouldnt have any problems either

i have a 3" lift and i didnt need to put on anything but the lift. my break lines and everything were ok.

just be cautious and make sure to check if they are still long enough under flexing and with the wheels turned.

I had it fully flexed and it was ok. But longer lines are one of the next things on the list. More and more i realilize 3" is not enough lift.

I have a Zone 3". It was just new coils, add-a-leaf, and new shocks.
