Angry Someone help please

I'm starting to really worry about my jeep, it's misfiring, and slightly smoking. I can't afford to throw parts at her right now because i dont get paid for another week So i wanted to see if you guys could help me pinpoint the problem. Plugs, wires cap, rotor, oil, and oil filter are good. Coil seems ok, from what i can tell its producing plenty of spark. I didn't change the fuel filter though could that be the culpret? or some sort of sensor? Thanks in advance for all the help, sorry about endless posting

it could be any number of things, what color is the smoke, and where is it smoking from?

Sounds like a burned valve then. Hard to tell over the interweb though.

well do this. check the oil for antifreeze, antifreeze for oil if its very white smoke. My jeep did that too, ended up being mixture of the back oil breather hose off TPS and a leaking injector, since you cant gety the rear oil breather part without getting it with a new valve cover and i really didnt have time for the jy, i took the pcv valve off of a ford tempo and just yesterday went to the jy and got the injectors very cheap and grabbed a TPS while there

ya i already checked for the antifreeze in the oil, and vice versa, basically just checked all around for a blown head gasket. Thank god that i found nothing.

How do i check for a burned vavle?

I just got around to taking off the o2 sensor and cleaned it. The problem seems to slightly subside, although it still misses a little bit. Tmr im def gonna go pick one up at the store and ill let you know if that fixes my problems.

Thanks guys
