Some wierd drivetrain noise
Ok so i have a 1998 Jeep cherokee Se with the 4.0 auto and no abs and its 2 wheel drive
the sound is a grinding sound that happens when i either let off the gas or get back on the gas while going down the road
So what i had was a jeep with the classic sagging rear springs so i went to a friend at skyjacker and talked to him about my options, he said a add a leaf with a rebuild of the sagging springs would fix the problem. So i got some 2 inch add a leafs and rebuilt the springs and put them on, now they said that the springs would sag back down to stock ride height but they havent so i pretty much have a 2 inch lift in the rear and to level it off some i added some 1.5 inch spring boosters for a temporary fix
the sound started right after i did the new rear springs and seems to have gotten better after i added the boosters to the front but no dice so far, it does it usually but not always, some help would be great
