Default So I just installed an electric temp gauge....

.... and have it all wired up except for the power wire coming from the bulb in the gauge, can someone please tell me how/ where do I connect the wire so the gauge will illuminate when I turn my lights on?

Note: I'm talking about the wire that lights the bulb only, not the power wire that powers the gauge.

try hooking it up behind your fuse panel in conjunction with the same fuse used to illuminate your dash or even splice it with a wire behind your cluster that is connected to one of those lights.

Thanks, I will try to find a thread that shows how to remove the gauge cluster.

Unscrew the colum adjuster, remove the box around the colume (two screws on the underside, remove the screws on the plastic dash and pop out of place, then unscrew the cluster out and there you go.
