So how does my gear pattern look?
 

This is my second pattern after screwing around with the backlash for a little bit.

The Backlash is 0.008

The Pinion preload is between 12-18 in/lbs, i'd say toward the higher end of that though. My torque wrench only goes in half ft/lb increments so that's the best i can say.

What do you guys think, it time to put the crush sleeve in and finally put it together or is there something I need to change?
