my throttle i think is messed up, cause when i floor it it doesnt feel like full power but if i lift the peddle up off the floor about an 1/4 inch it kinda has full power, but i was up in some snow and when i would give it any type of throttle it would not rev up go it would go very little, but when i would put it in 4low it would rev up and go alot, then when i shut off my jeep and start it back up it would idle rough but then cleared up but still wouldnt rev up in 4 and go it sucked.

Woah.. your description of the problem is soooooooo unclear...
perhaps you should investigate what seems to be the problem before asking the question.
open hood, check throttle body, see if cables got messed up?
Try to figure it out some what then ask for a solution..
