Default Snapped My Track Bar Frame Mount, Any Suggestions?

Hey Guys, just the other night I was driving my jeep and started noticing a slight thump when i turn left. I got home and went to inspect, and figured out i cracked my track bar frame mount. I know im gonna have to replace the frame mount, however it'll be my first time ever doing it. Has anybody ever had to deal with this? If so, any suggestions? planning on redoing the whole steering system sometime soon as well. Anything helps... thanks y'all.

There is a flat bolt in there that may spin. I was able to use vice grips to hold it and back the screw out. If the bolts are rusty, start spraying it with PB to help.

I presume you mean the large trackbar mount that bolts to the framerail, not the axle end.

Today I removed that mount, as I could not disconnect my trackbar with a splitting tool from beneath the car,
so I was required to unbolt the mount, and split the taper after mounting it in a big vice, and hitting the pickle fork very hard indeed
.
To remove the mount is very easy...2 x 18mm nuts, 18mm & 19mm bolt, everything is captive, 1/2" drive gear
Quite easy to get at, but tight, with blue loctite...took me 15min, nothing else needed removal (except trackbar)

I have cracked one of those brackets, too, only on the outside half.

To get the bracket off, you just need to take off the track bar, then take
out the two 18mm bolts showing in your picture and the two 18mm nuts
in the wheel well. Take a long wrench, they'll be on tight.

There is a small upper support (L-shaped) that bolts into the frame rail.
(13mm head, I think) Make sure its two bolts are tight, too, when you put
the new bracket on.

Thank you for the specs, that'll help a lot. I'll probably tackle it later on tomorrow.

I started on taking the track bar out, and I got all of the nuts n bolts undone besides the last nut on the frame side, closest to the spring. It's back behind the spring, and I can't seem to get to it. Am I going to have to take the springs out? Or just try and man handle it lol? I'll figure it out tomorrow, it's getting late.

No...cant remember any difficulties..may have had to reach thru the spring with a long extension, or apply a ring spanner

beating on the trackbar balljoint with a splitter for 30min with no joy first, that was annoying, thing must of been in their since day one
