Hey whats the thickest most beastly diff cover for a 30? If i shaft mine i wanna do whatever i can to reduce or eliminate any flex in the diff, i think theres one called bullet proof and one called like rock crusher or something?

hey Blue, i was looking at that before and wondered if it was gonna interefere with trackbar or something since it seems to stick out quite a bit? I had a JKS trackbar on the tj and it would hit the stock diff. cover just a tiny bit when articulating.

yeah the ruffstuff one was hte one i was looking at, idk wher ei got those other names from haha

Anyway, it does appear to protrude a lot but it looks bulletproof, im looking for something to keep my housing nice and rigid to go along with a truss later on and alloy shafts in my 30

are solid axle industries ones pretty good? what about rockcrusher? both look like theyre cast almost, i would think forged steel would be better?

And you would be right. You can't get a stronger diff cover than RuffStuff.

That one does look heavy duty but I have not picked one up yet cause it does look like CRAP. If I am gonna pay that much atleast make the cover look decent.
