Default small lift

i want to put a real small lift on my xj until i get back to work..only about 2".can i just get shackles and pucks? what else do i need?

just those and a set of shocks.

don't even need shocks. im still running my stock shocks on my 2'

yeah, i had this on my old 2wd jeep...bought spacers and shackles. easy lift to do. i got new shocks, but i'm sure stock would work. it was a decent lift, drove smoothly

are you looking at buying a kit?

^^ I just picked up an '01 that is 2wd and have been looking all over this forum about lifts. Everything seems to be aimed at 4wd, so its good to know that all it takes is some spacers and shackles. Is it necessary to have an adjustable trac-bar on a 2" lift?

To the OP, sorry for the hijack but I figured it would be useful info since we're in the same boat.

nope u only need pucks and shackles
