Default Slow to release back brakes (drums)

2000 Jeep Cherokee, My back brakes are slow releasing , new springs installed , what else do I need to look at? How do I fix this problem?

Slow to release brakes might mean a collapsed or pinched/kinked brake line.

This. If both brakes are acting the same then visually check the brake line front to back for any damage. If you can't see anything, check the condition of the flexi-hose to the rear axle. If it looks cracked or worn in any way, it should be replaced. Even if it looks okay, it could be internally collapsed. If any part of the braking system is cracked open, it should be bled to remove any air from the system.

Parking brake cables are rusted and binding.

Wheel cylinders are frozen.

Check the soft line to the rear axle. boxburn is right about the line potentially collapsing internally, especially if its both brakes doing the same thing. Have you done any other work than the springs?

OK I got it fixed, I replaced both automatic adjusters kit from the auto parts store

I can't quite picture in my head why the adjusters would play part in this but good to hear it's resolved.
