Slip Yoke + CV Driveshaft?

Slip Yoke + CV Driveshaft?
i am currently driving my jeep in only front wheel drive until my sye arrives. is it possible to get a CV yoke that fits in the 242 and mounts to the CV joint and run it with a slip yoke and a CV driveshaft until it comes? just thinking.. i dont see why it wouldnt work
