Default slight upgrades

So i just got some bosch ev6 24lb ((dunno what that means lol) 12 hole injectors because i think at 220k miles its time to upgrade the injectors and hope to fix the mpg issue that still plagues my jeep. is there anything i really need to heed before doing this job? i know you gotta pull a relay for the fuel pump and release the pressure in the fuel rail and reset the ecu but is there anything i need to take caution with? also while i have the injectors out and exhaust and intake manifold out to replace the gasket between what else should i focus on that could be replaced while i have all that out? my heat shield looks to still be in tact and also for the gasket should i use this copper paste stuff to ensure proper sealing? aaaannnnddddd also my jeeps a 99 lol https://www.ebay.com/itm/283202362490 these are the injectors i got and also a side note before its said i did replace the o2 sensors so theyre brand new as well. maybe a recommended brand for the intake/exhaust manifold?

I installed some 12hole inj on a 2000 a month ago. I didnt pull any relay, relieve rail pressure (until I pulled the first inj.) Or reset the ecu. Pull em swap them start it.

Why do you have to remove the intake and exhaust manifold to access the fuel rail? I have a 1992, but I've seen more modern years at junk yards and don't remember seeing a vastly different engine configuration.
I just release the pressure at the fuel rail into a cloth, then undo the ingress and egress lines. Your would just be ingress. Let that leak into a rag since it would be under pressure.
Change the o-ring above and below the connectors for each plug. Now is a good time to do a complete "tune up". Replace the air filter, fuel filter (if pertains), spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, and spark plugs wires.

I want to replace the gasket due to suspicion that it has an intake leak and might as well since im gonna go play around in that area. plus i think its a somewhat maintenance item at this point since a while ago all the frickin bolts holding the intake/exhaust on were loose as a **** and tightening to spec seemed to relieve alot of the rev hang i had but since i couldnt reach the bottom ones due to being lazy i left it like that. so since im in there im gonna replace it andddddd maybe trace a few vacuum lines and see if i got a vacuum leak too since i lose vacuum 20 mins after shutting the engine off and if i recall correctly it should maintain a vacuum for longer than that. ALSO!!!!! when i hooked a vacuum gauge to it the gauge itself read low (keep in mind this is from the 50s) and said its in retard timing sections i think...... ill see if i can pull numbers later. but tune up was done a month ago new cap, rotor, sparky bois and the such. and since then it hasnt backfired through the intake anymore lol.

Just be forewarned that a lot of people have had problems with these fake chinese knock-offs. Just looking at the picture in the listing, they don't match each other for color and casting marks, much less match the genuine Bosch ones.

Mine are Ebay from a different seller but same price range. They appear to be working fine, fuel trims are fine.
