Sketchy Brakes
My brakes are super soft, Ive replaced the Master Cylinder, bled the brakes at each wheel and still have the issue. It stops super slow and goes nearly to the floor. With the Jeep off I can pump the brakes and they build up pressure like normal...soon as I crank the jeep I lose all pressure and they go to the floor. Could it be the brake booster? Any Ideas?

Adjust the brakes. Pull the drums first and check the condition of the shoes.

You may have that crappy Bendix ABS break system. That is exactly the same thing that happened to my 91. You have an ABS warning light coming on?
Look on the firewall, in front of the driver's side. If you see a small black metal ball the size of an orange that's the Bendix ABS, and it has failed.
Ball is center left in this picture with white label on top.
I just swapped my whole system out for a dual diaphragm booster out of a 96. Best thing I ever did.

You said no ABS light, but didn't specify whether it's an ABS equipped vehicle or not.
If you want us to help you, you have to give us more information.
Please answer these questions:
1. Is the vehicle EQUIPPED with ABS? (don't just say "the light isn't on" because that means nothing).
2. Have you inspected the reservoir for disappearing fluid (is the fluid level low?)
3. Are the back sides of your drum brakes wet looking?
4. Pull off the drums - do you see a greasy, oily fluid all over everything?

How do you tell if its abs? Fluid levels haven't gone down at all. Drums don't appear wet, no wet/greasy looking components inside the drum
