Default Exhaust Inst smooth

Bit of a random question, but what does it mean if when you put your hand over the tail pipe the air comes out in sorta puffs instead of a smooth airflow?

Miss fire?

Each "puff" is a exhaust pulse. Normal.

If you are getting random puffs, it might mean a burned valve or miss. Hold a dollar bill from above so that the bottom gets hit by the exhaust. It should flutter smoothly. If not, you might want to do a compression test.

Are you flooring it up hill and it still bogs down? Mine will bog when its in a high gear up hill, but as soon as a put the peddle to the metal it shifts down and away we go!

No I didnt give it more gas, i stayed light on the peddeling cause it sounded cool,,that was probably my problem My buddy looked over at me and said "dude you jeep is loud as s*** right now and so deep sounding..its awesome, do you think I could get a glass pack for my corolla?!" haha

No but it does have a little bit of hesitation when going from a stop, but once I'm over like 5 it goes away.

When was the last tune up? Check for vacuum leaks, clean your throttle body and IAC, and maybe run some injector cleaner through it...

You ARE using the lucas fuel injector cleaner, right? Don't use the oil stabilizer, you'll just be paying more than necessary for 80W gear oil lol... I use the lucas injector cleaner
