Default New front hubs, new noise, axle nut too tight ?

Just installed new hub assemblies up front and noticed that there seems to be a new 'ping' type noise coming from the driver side front while turning. Not sure if it is doing it while driving but I have really noticed the noise while turning at slower speeds. I torqued the axle nuts with a breaker bar (I know they are supposed to be 175 ft-lbs) and I can't imagine that they could be any tighter than 200 ft-lbs max. Nothing else was changed or replaced. Do the front hub bearings make any sort of binding noises if the axle nut is too tight ?

Thanks,

Nathan
