I have a 88 Cherokee, 4.0/6 need to either find a manifold air temperature switch or find out how to SAFELY bypass it. A little help here please

 

In my opinion the IAT is a pretty minor player. Could be in supper cold it matters, I couldn't test that. In one Renix of mine I substituted a 200 ohm resistor. I didn't notice any change with or without it, but 200 ohms is in the ballpark/mid-range of what it normally does.
