Is there a security antenna of some sort, or does anyone know how to extend the reciever or transmitter range? My keyless entry remote won't work unless I'm standing right next to the driver's door. I know, isn't that big of deal, just a luxury, but I would like at least a little more range.

stupid question, is your battery old? My 94 goes kinda far, not like the old exploder though.

Mine was doing the same thing in my 99. Just replace the battery in the remote and it will work fine. The antenna is located in the light housing that is overhead on the or in the overhead counsel if yours has one.
