I have 4.5 full leafs from RC. They have about 4000 miles on them. They both sagged some to the point I was planning on some shackles soon to boost it back up. Yesterday though, I was driving the wifes car and pulled in the drive behind the jeep and really noticed that the drivers side is lower than the pass side. I measured it today and there is about an inch less from the fender to tire on the driver side than the pass side. Needless to say I am not very happy about this. Anybody else experience this? Any ideas what could have caused it?

probably got a bad leaf pack. see what your warranty info says and maybe you could get them replaced.

In the same boat with my RC 4.5 leaf packs. I put them on about 2 years ago and have probably around 5K miles on them. They were installed with a 1.5 inch shackle and the Jeep actually measured 7 inches over stock specs even after the settling period. With all the flexing and tire stuffing I have done so far they are currently sitting at around 3.5 inches even with the extended shackles. I called RC to see what the warranty period was and it only 1 year so I'm either going to have to pony up the cash for a new set of 6.5s or build a bastard pack to replace them. I will definately be installing some extended bumpstops also to prevent the new leaf packs from sagging.

I am bump stopped and have only had it wheeling once....I guess they will be getting a call tomorrow. I didn't take initial measurements though, so hopefully that doesn't screw me up.

I only have about 700 miles on mine and they have settled about 1 to 1.5 inches, kinda makes me mad but i guess i can add some shackles but thats why i opted for the springs so i didnt have to run longer shackles!
