Default Saggy lift replacement

I am supposed to have about 5" of lift between a 3" lift and a budget boost, BUTTTT it sagged. With an aftermarket bumper my front end is at 4" of lift. And my rear end is at 2". Should I replace the front springs at the same time as replaceing the leafs? I am going to get a 3" leaf pack from Rusty's but should i also get the heavy duty spring option? I would like to get a winch in not too long.

Thanks for the advice, and the sagging lift is a rough country. Yes i know, you get what you pay for.

Blocks A 1" spacer for the front will get the front end back up to 5" with the bumper. And shackles in the rear are much better than blocks. Im not positive about Rusty's, but most of the time the heavy duty option actually gives you more lift.

What do you have for a lift now? How high do you want to be when you are finished lifting?
If you want to add a winch in the near future yes get the heavier spring rate springs. One thing that will help your Cherokee is to use synthetic rope on the winch, way less weight, better on the suspension and also safer.
No to spacers and blocks.

That's true, but in my opinion, blocks in the back are just a bandaid for covering up the real problem. Sagging is due to the leaf springs right? Makes more sense to replace the leafs.
I have read that blocks you want to stay away from all together. And Shackles if installed on bad leafs will basically enhance the problems the leafs create. Causing a reverse bow.

I say replace the rear leafs and add shackles !

What I did to fix my rear sag, was make a bastard pack with a 88 chevy 1500. I had 4.5" lift that was squating bad and took on long leaf out of the chevy and replaced the one long leaf on the Jeep took care of the squat and leveled the jeep out real nice.

The budget boosts consits of a 2" shackle and 1 3/4" spacer. So i can't put another 1" spacer in the front, looks like heavy duty springs and leafs are the way to go fellas. thanks for the input. And as far as blocks go, cheap lift but they contribute to axle wrap which wears out joints quicker.
