Hello again, thee are so many things wrong with my XJ I barely know what to do . So this time its my headlights/running lights. When I pull the switch the first click does nothing at all, if I pull it a little more (but not enough to turn the headlights on) I can get my gauge lights and running lights/tail lights to turn on. However when I pull the switch to the second click my running lights/tail lights and gauge lights shut off while my headlights turn on.

Heres the example:

I wasted 30 bucks on the new switch, and the guys at autozone thinks it has something to do with my turn signals (which I don't understand because they still work fine). For now I've been driving home after work with my hazard flashers on and I haven't been given any trouble from local authorities but I don't think thats going to last forever.

My friendly local Jeep dealer says they can "diagnose" the issue for 100 bucks...... but I'm sure it might be something I can fix for less, no ideas yet?
