I guess i did not mention i hard wired it to a switch
it comes on now
i guess my question is why is the water not circulating from the engine block

How can you tell if the water is circulation or not? The only piece that moves water from the radiator to the block is the water pump. But those typically leak if they go bad, that or squeak loudly from shot bearings.

well, when i pulled off the thermostat you could see the water in the block had coolant in it. When you run the jeep no coolant ever apperars in the overflow bottle and it boils over from getting hot
