Default Rubicon exrpess lift 3.5" questions

I am putting a rubicon exrpess 3.5 lift in my XJ , I was wondering if the add a leaf kit is ok , or is it better to go with the full leaf package kit , and what's the difference between mono tube and rubicons twin tube socks ? will this be a smother ride? plus can I run 32 " by 11.50 tires with this kit , any comments would be greatly appreciated

Can't really say what would be best for you, ya know? It really depends on what kind of wheeling you do and how much your willing to spend. AAL's are okay, but new springs would be better...

Personally, i like the RE 3.5" Super-Flex kit. I will be installing one later in the spring, just for the fact that my XJ will articulate well. Not as well as a long arm kit, but well.

My advice is... get as much in your lift kit as your budget allows.

Don't get an AAL kit, it will sag sooner rather than later. You're better off investing in full leaf packs.

Get mono-tube shocks...pretty much all white bodied shocks are the same so don't worry about the brand, you don't need twin tube shocks.

Yes you can run 32s but you'll probably have to do some trimming

Thanks for the info , I don't plan on doing hard core off roading with my XJ , mostly I will just be doing trail riding and camping with it , I am adding the lift more for looks and stance and modest off roading , I am definitely installing a full leaf package rather than add a leaf , plus with 15 " rims I think I should be ok with 285 , 75 , 15 I am not sure what that is in inches it is confusing to me , thanks again for the info , you guys are awesome...
