Hey yall, have a 96 cherokee and it started having issues with the rpms on highway. I'll get up to 60-65mph and the rpms will drop from 3k rpms to 0rpms then back up. Cleaned throttle body and replaced tpms sensor and nothings changing. Not pulling any hills just flat ground. Can't figure it out.

 

The engine is shutting off? Or the gauge is going dead?

 

Engine doesn't shut off, loses power then regains power when rpms go up again. Cleaned IAC, throttle body and got new tpms sensor and nothings changed. Doing fuel injectors tomorrow morning as well.
