rpm surge went warm
Is it something to worry about if I get a 2000 k rpm surge on start up? It never happens when cold, when I start my jeep cold it shoots to 1400 rpm approx. But after its warm its 2000k. This is just as it starts. As if you had your foot on the gas while cranking. The rpms rest normally (800rpm) immediately after it starts sometimes creeping into 900 950 rpms while in P and N. I've done the IAC clean, TPS adjust and replace, sealed all vacuum leaks and checked manifold bolts. If this isn't going to damage anything I wont mess with it any more cuz I'm stumped. It started doing this all the time (when warm) after cleaning the original IAC.
