Rounded the heads of the X-fer case side U joint Strap bolts... whats next?

Rounded the heads of the X-fer case side U joint Strap bolts... whats next?
I rounded the bolt heads on the U joint straps right next to the transfer case. What is my next course of action?
I took the axle side straps off no problem... couldn't get the ratchet in the other set and had to use a gear wrench and they rounded right away.
Unless they are a different size than the axle side idk what I did wrong.
Whats the next thing to do?
I was planning on using a air chisel and knocking the heads off and the strap should come right off?
Ugh something simple always turns into a pain in the ***.... ugh
