Recently, I have heard an intermittent rough BUZZ noise while driving my 87 Laredo. I notice that if I stop after I hear it and turn off the engine, a rough noise will continue from the engine area for a few seconds and then stop abruptly.

Any idea what this could be?

After running the engine and listening, it seems there is a rough noise coming from one of the two front fans. I'd say the one on the right under the AC compressor. And when I turn the engine off, the continuing rough noise comes from the fans as they stop. Still not sure which it is or what's causing it but thought that might help one of you that knows more.
