Rough idle 1990 4.0

Hey guys, I'm having some issues with rough idle. This has all come about after I did a few things. 1. Replaced both engine mounts 2. New powerstearing pump and lines. 3. Cleaned/ refreshed some grounds.4 Also did the OFA. The battery has been disconnected this whole time, and it ran fine before all this. I have yet to replace the trans mount, and it does need to be replaced have it just have installed it yet. I've gone through the vacuum lines so far and everything seems to be in order. Starts right up and idles fine, but runs really rough. Pulled the plugs and they weren't fouled. What should my next step be?? The pic I'm posting is what I cleaned up soldered A wire and polished. Any help or tips? Thanks for any help!

Are the wires near the power steering pump routed like in the photo?

It's got to be something I did while cleaning the grounds. There was a wire I soldered maybe that's the problem I'm stumped!

Update to this thread.
Got a new( Relay) 35.00 bucks and fixed the rough idle ! Lesson of the week don't let the jack slip and bend your TIE Rod, like I did ..
