ok i ordered a lunchbox locker for my 2000 xj's assumed dana 35 rear..................well the rear i got looks nothing like a 35,big round cover.... i'm sure the answer for me is on here but i'm at work on my phone so can't look. what do i have so i can straighten this out ?

 

more than likely its a c8.25 my buddies 00 sport has the c8.25 rear

 

Chrysler 8.25 its better than a dana 35.

 

yea the 8.25 is almost as strong as the d44 that came in the 86-89 waggies

 

The 8.25 looks just like the Dana 35 except it has a flat ledge on the bottom of the housing.

well thanks guys i do have the 8.25 and luckily was already able to off the locker for what i paid and get the job installing it and the install will pay for the differance and then some so the new locker will be in the mail right quick oh and rich awesome referance just to have
