Roof rack mounting hardware

Hi all, I just bought an OEM roof rack and was wondering if anyone knew what kind of hardware I need to mount it? Thanks!

i put together some mounting plates for mine.

two flat SS plates and SS nuts bolts and washers all picked up at a local hardware store for under $10. it's worked out pretty well so far.

Sorry, I should've been more clear. I'm actually trying to mount the OEM rails, not a safari rack. I just want to make sure that it doesn't leak when I drill into the roof, and that it won't fall off.
