motion offroad is terrible. the dude who runs it is a dick who steals other people's stuff and puts his name on it for double the price.

That sucker is going to take alot of oil. I think I had 5 Quarts in it of 75-140 full synthetic before I just gave up and quit. No leaks either and I still couldnt feel it through the fill hole.

wow really that much?

I am not lieing. I started freaking out because I though that maybe I busted an axle seal and it was flooding the axle tubes. but there was no leak on either end of the axle or from the housing. I was so freaked I had a friend who is pretty much is a mechanic come look at it and then had my dad who is a former mechanic look and neither could find any leakage.

Btw here is mine, dont forget to paint it and throw some enamal on it to keep it looking nice!

Its hard to tell but I tried to do the hammered paint and make it look like my solid axle front cover but it just kinda came out black.

LOLOL 5 quarts?! haha, yea you flooded the axle tubes.

Long Island XJ Mar 23, 2009 09:14 PM

5 quarts! that's crazy. Think about that, how much oil does your engine take?
