I made my own they are 2x3 3/16 box tube with 1/4" frame mounts and 3/16 pinch seam runner, they are spaced out far enough to be used as a side step yet close enough to not hang up on stuff.

The RC sliders would be good for light/medium wheeling, especially if you weld on a piece of angle iron to the sliders, then bolt to the pinch seam. I'd like to know the wall thickness though.

Go to (www.jcroffroad.com) these guys make an awesome Rock Slider, not a nerf bar. I have the JCR Off-Road stage II sliders and these things are tough. They mount to 8 spots on the frame and 5 spots on the pinch seam. I speak from personal experience. These thigs saved my XJ and my ***** MANY times!!!! Thay are well worth the money.
