i think all bronco II's and stock rangers at least the 80's and early 90's r 14's and 15's
just if you would see something in the junkyard that you like bronco II has the same lug pattern.... thats all i was trying to get across
ya almost all ford cars and mid size trucks was 5x4.5 but the only thing that i've found was the crown vic that was a 16 i was told to try a dakota but haven't tried yet
I know older dakotas are 6 lug maybe durango?
Jeep uses a lug centric design- the lug nuts center the wheel on the hub
Ford uses a hub centric design on their alloy wheels-the center of the wheel is machined so that it centers the wheel. Hope this helps a little. |
All that being said, some of which I understand, some I do not, can I take the wheels and tires off my sons 1993 Ford Explorer 235/75/15's and simply bolt them on to my 90 Cherokee which currently has the same tire size?

not directly as they are 5x5 while xj's are 5x4.5. you would have to run the spacers that convert the bolt pattern.
