check your LCA bushings, ball joints, track bar, and shock bushings, if everything is good and tight you got me??? the grinding noise could be your brakes also. whens the last time you've checked them?

if this is your dd, careful on the no front sway bar there friend. look at everything that moves under the front end. like the other fellow said all steering and suspension parts. wheel bearings, drive shafts, motor and trans mounts, loose lug nuts. you may need a second person to jump up and down on it while you lay under it.

Thanks for the warning about the sways. I'm looking for cheap quick disconnects. I did have someone lay under it but all that we could come up with is that maybe the bushings in the heim on the track bar is shot cuz I drove around for a week after the kit was put in with it loose so the tapered part might be shot. Engine mounts are shot I know that for a fact. Wheel bearings have no play in them.

any chance you just put pads on it or have washed it. by washing it i mean clesaning mud or stuff out of the rims? my wifes car does the same thing after i clean the wheels. (pressure wash) first time i heard it i thought i lost a brake pad. for some reason cleaning the brake dust out of there makes it "grind" until they get a little dust on them.

I actually just pressure washed the WHOLE jeep. Come to think of it, the only other time I notice it is when it rains and I'm "splashing" through puddles

Since you recently put in the lift I would suggest crawling under there again and re-torquing everything. Maybe something has vibrated loose or was never fully tightened to begin with after the lift install.

Well checked the bolts on the LCAs and uppers. The bolts are tight but easy to spin? Is that right. I also re-greased the front end, still got the clunking. Could engine mounts cause this?
